Spent 3 days turning the apples into 15 jars of apple pie filling, 12 jars of cinnamon applesauce and 10 jars of regular applesauce. I am tired and glad they are done!
Hey Jel- You're amazing: a great mom, a wonderful sister and a rockin housewife! I heard from Nancy that you won't be coming home unitl January. Both Rob and I are very sad. We miss hanging out with you and the kids. I hope your return date won't get pushed back again! Love you lots- can't wait to see you guys at Christmas! -Bridgett
Save some pie filling for me! I swear--I'll buy it from you! Oh, by the way--Heather has your chocolate. It came and I just gave it to her to split with you. It is so delicious--you will love it! (I'm not sure how much of it will make it into cookies instead of your mouth!) How did you do the applesauce? Did you buy a sauce maker like Mom has?
